Cupecoy Beach Club is a group of privately owned and individually decorated apartments.

These luxurious units all have two bedrooms, three bathrooms and some with three bedrooms, four bathrooms. Each can be rented as double deluxe rooms, one bedroom suites or two or three bedroom villas. With private balconies overlooking the ocean or garden and pool, one cannot help but feel on top of the world.

Deluxe double

2 queen size beds, full bath, satellite TV, air-co, small refridgerator, patio or balcony

One bedroom Suite

1 King size bed, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area, sunken living room (some with Queen size sofa bed), satellite TV, air-conditioning, patio or balcony

2 Bedroom Villa

All features of a 1 Bedroom Suite combined with a Deluxe Double

Amenities

Above rates include maid service, except for Sundays and Holidays. There is also a large swimming pool with pool bar for your enjoyment. 24-hour security.

Taxes

Add 9% tax. No 15% service charge.

Deposit

A 50% deposit payment is required to guarantee reservation. Minimum booking 3 nights.

Balance payment

Full balance payment is to be made 30 days prior to arrival. During the holiday season (Dec 20 - Jan 3) full balance payment is due by October 20.

Credit cards

We accept Amex, Visa, MC, Discover and Checks. Payments are is USD only.

Cancellations (please read carefully)

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date for return of deposit. Holiday season cancellations (Easter/Thanksgiving/Christmas) must be made 60 days prior for return of deposit. Cancellations made within the 60-day period results in forfeiture of full booking amount. There will be a $100 administrative processing fee on all cancellations. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

Additional Persons

2 bedroom villa: a 5th or 6th person may be added for an additional charge of $25 per person, per night.
